21.) What books are you reading? I just finished Swamplandia! by Karen Russell, which is one of the best books I’ve read all year, and Sputnik Sweetheart by Haruki Murakami, which I liked, but much less than Hardboiled Wonderland & The End of the World (also by him). I’m currently re-reading Zadie Smith’s novel On Beauty and it is breaking my heart all over again.
28.) Favorite flower: Purple hydrangeas. Also, someone recently told me that if I were a flower I would be a sunflower, which I think is a really lovely compliment.
A 23-year old recent college grad, ENFP (so they tell me), nostalgia-prone yet eternally optimistic. An aspiring writer who spends her weekdays answering phones and preparing court filings--everyone has to have a day job, right?
