Today I successfully used Mexican slang in conversation
- Me: ...So, did that just up my street cred? Or is street cred like Fight Club where you can't talk about street cred?
- Boyfriend: Um, what street cred?
- Me: You mean I don't have ANY? Is this a white thing?
- Boyfriend: Yeah, white girl problems
- Me: I'm gonna go tweet about it.
